TVAM creates unique, handcrafted pieces for a discerning audience with sarees, stoles, scarves, home accessories and jewellery all forming a part of its exclusive offering. As a brand, Tvam engages deeply with artists, weavers and craftsmen, integrating their timeless, handcrafted work into its designs. And with each of its pieces, art and design fuse seamlessly into one, resulting in statement pieces that can be used over and over again.
An artist, designer of sarees, jewellery, accessories and costumes – Lakshmi Srinath is an artist who can transform the simplest of pieces into a unique expression.
Her art has received international recognition and over the years, has evolved to take on deeper forms. Working closely with weavers is a passion, and her hand-woven saris are akin to wearing her art. She has also created several costumes for dance and theatre productions with predominantly ethnic themes from Indian folklore and mythology.
Her recent foray into jewelry has been an exciting journey. Her pieces combine the ethnic with the contemporary, and are carefully handcrafted from a combination of wood, metal and other materials into statement pieces with a stunning visual appeal. Her passion for her rich Indian cultural heritage is reflected in all of her pieces.
